Michael Della Rossa 40, of Hawthorne, NY died on April 17, 2009 at Calvary Hospital in Bronx, NY. He is survived by his mother Do lores DiMauro and his sister Milissa Della Rossa, both of Hawthorne, NY, his brother Vincent Della Rossa of Peekskill, NY. He was the nephew of Josephine Palmie ri of West Harrison, NY and Santo Nicita of LaGrangeville, NY. He is also survived by many cous ins. Predeceased by his maternal grandparents, Salvatore and Carmella DiMauro. He loved the outdoors and was an avid sportsman and enjoyed music. Reposing, Hawthorne Fu neral Home on Monday (today) 5-9 PM. Funeral Mass, Our Lady Queen of Peace Chapel at Gate of Heaven Cemetery, Haw thorne, NY on Tuesday, 10 AM. Interment to follow.
