RICHARD W. HUGEL

Richard W. Hugel, 77, of Valhalla, NY, died on June 27, 2007 at his residence. He was born on August 28, 1929 to George and Mabel (nee Larsen) Hugel in NYC. Richard served with the US National Guard and was a member of the Valhalla United Methodist Church. He was an insurance executive with Eiffert, French and Ketchum Insurance Co. in Pelham, NY. He is survived by his wife, Phyllis (nee Peck) Hugel of Valhalla, NY. Two daughters, Kathy Pappalardo and her husband, Greg, of North White Plains, NY and Kim Koch and her husband, Matt of Torrington, CT. Two brothers, Ron Hugel of Blue Belle, PA and Robert Hugel and Avon, CT. Six grandchildren, Stefan and Jeffrey Pappalardo and Chaundra and Joshua Hugel and Mikee and Gabriel Koch. Private family Funeral Services have already taken place. In lieu of flowers, donations to Valhalla High School Band/Jazz Band, 300 Columbus Avenue, Valhalla, NY 10595 would be appreciated.
