Richard Poole Obituary
Richard (Dick) Poole, passed on April 16 after a prolonged battle with Alzheimer's Disease. He is survived by six sons, F. William, Michael, Richard, Dennis, Christopher and Matthew; six grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
Richard was a teacher, golf and football coach and ultimately a principal in the East Ramapo Central School District in Spring Valley, NY for 35 years. His hobbies included camping, boating and golf which he enjoyed with his family and friends. Upon retirement, he moved to Sarasota, FL, married and is also survived by Joanna Horner, currently of Mooresville, NC.
There will be a memorial service for Richard held in Rockland County this July.

Mr. Poole was my principal @ Margettes ES back in the 1960's. He was patient and fair. He commanded respect. Sorry to see you go, you were a good man
