ROBERT BISCEGLIA Obituary

Robert Raymond Bisceglia, age 78, of Harrison, New York, passed away Thursday, May 31, 2007 after a long illness. Born April 25, 1929 in Harrison, Robert was the son of Joseph and Rose (Landolfe) Bisceglia. He was a 1946 graduate of Harrison High School, he received a Civil Engineering degree from Villanova University in 1951, and served one year in the Army in 1952. Robert joined his father Joseph at Bisceglia & Sons, a family business started by his grandfather in 1931, and later became President. Surviving Robert is his loving wife of 48 years, Akilyna (Siry),three sons, David (Linda), their four children, William (Vanessa), their two children, and Thomas, and two daughters, Kristin (Timothy) their child and Melissa (Peter) and their two children. Also surviving Robert is his brother, Dr. Joseph Bisceglia (Eileen) of Venice, FL, formerly of Greenwich, CT, and two sisters, Victoria Brunetti (Rudy) of Harrison and Rita Bisceglia of Harrison. Visitation will be held on Friday from 5 to 9 PM. Funeral will be held on Saturday, 9 AM at the Funeral Home. Mass of the Christian Burial, 11 AM at St. Gregory the Great Church. Interment will be private. Preferred memorials may be made as gifts in memory of Robert Bisceglia, to St. Gregory the Great Catholic Church or to Hospice and Palliative Care of Westchester, The Esplanade, 4th Floor, 95 South Broadway, White Plains, NY 10601.
