Sara Martin Obituary
Sara Martin, was an amazing soul who tragically passed away in a car accident that took her life on July 11, 2016 at the young age of 27. She was born on Dec. 31, 1988, and grew up in Congers, NY with her family and most recently resided with Steven Finn in Blauvelt, NY, who took her in and made her part of his family. She went to Rockland Community College where she studied to be a Social Worker and eventually planned to switch to nursing. She had a passion for cooking, writing, music and more recently gardening was what kept her so diverse. Her ability to make others feel like they were the most important, through her thoughtfulness and care, her selflessness to others in need, was a gift received by so many. She was one of a kind, who will be sorely missed by so many. She is survived by her father Terrence Martin, her brother Corey Martin and the countless friends and love ones in many ways.
Memorial services will be held on Wednesday 7/20/16, from 5pm-9pm at Moritz Funeral Home, 98 RT 303, Tappan, NY 10983.

We messed up and there was never a good time nor would there ever be. We think we have an infinite amount of time to do or say things Later or tomorrow... just knowing that what we had when we did was real , I think it's enough to move forward with. Sara, I didn't personally know you.. but I'm aware that you were employed at the place where I work. I am saddened for all the friends and loved ones who are affected by your passing, and heartbroken that such an inspiration to others was taken from the world so soon. My thoughts and prayers go out to your family and to all those whose lives you've touched. May you rest in peace.

I miss you dearly Sara. I'm glad i was able to be part of a relationship with you until the end. Looking back at our vacation photos from June and remembering the great times we had while on vacation has been really helping me keep those positive memories of you up front. I love you and miss you.
