I'll never forget the great times we all had growing up in that wonderful neighborhood in New City. Tom was a great guy full of joy and energy, and is somebody I will never forget. After watching the slideshow, I realize that he had many blessings later in life career-wise and more importantly with his family. I'm very saddened to have learned of Tom's passing, but I am also certain he is now in a better place without suffering. My sincere condolences go out to all of the Kilgannon family.

If you are lucky in life, you get to meet a man as wonderful as Tom. I knew him for more than 25 years. His lighthearted, always upbeat personality always lit up the room. He was far more than our dentist. He was always interested in our lives, and happy to share his. He will be missed by so very many people. He will live on through all those who knew him. I carry him in my heart and send my deepest sympathies to his loving family.

On behalf of the Head and Neck Medical Oncology team here at Mt Sinai, our deepest condolences to Andrea, his children and all of the Kilgannon family. Tom was an amazing person, always a smile on his face no matter how bad he felt and was an absolute pleasure to care for. He will be greatly missed by all of us. He was a true warrior fighting this terrible disease. Rest in Peace Tom

Dr Kilgannon will be deeply missed by all who knew him. I was one of his first patients when he joined Dr DeJulia's office. Our family immediately fell in love with him and he has remained dear to us through these many years. God bless his soul and his beautiful family. I hope you find strength and comfort knowing he will always be with you by your side. Heaven has received a beautiful angel.

It was my pleasure and privilege to go to both HS and college with Tom and he was a wonderful man with great gifts of mind, heart and spirit. I always smiled when thinking of him because of his great wit and because he was almost always smiling. I will miss him greatly and hope, pray and trust his joy is even greater now in the hands of a loving God.

Forever miss you, and love you my dear sweet cousin. Thank you for everything you've done for me. The years we spent together working were the best. You were my hero, and not just not my cousin, but my friend. I will remember all of our Long Beach Island, work, holidays, weddings, and countless memories we all shared. This world is a less happy place without you. We have comfort in knowing that you're with your mom, grandma, grandpa, and the rest that have gone before you. God bless you and keep you by his side. ❤❤
