Timothy Defoix Stalter

PALM BAY, FL-- Timothy Defoix Stalter, 28, of Palm Bay, FL, went home to be with our Lord on Monday, February 4, 2013.
Born July 15, 1984, in Spartanburg, SC he was the son of Randy Stalter of Mishawaka, IN and Melissa Dobson Starter Hicks of Palm Bay, FL. He was a U.S. Army veteran having served with the 2-87 inf. famed "Outlaw Platoon"10th Mountain Division in Fort Drum, NY. He was a Purple Heart recipient.
Surviving in addition to his parents, is a son, Jeffery D. Stalter of Palm Bay, FL; sister, Alicia "Nicole" Hicks of Mayo, SC; aunts, Tina Dobson Owens Gaffney and Hope Dobson Tillotson Tuck both of Mayo, SC, Clarissa Pryjda and husband Tom of Westerville, Ohio; uncle, Donnie Dobson and wife Tammy of Inman, SC; uncle by marriage, John Thomas Owens of Cowpens; cousins, Donnie Owens of Mayo, Shannon Tillotson of Spartanburg, SC, and Josh Whelchel of Cowpens SC.
He was predeceased by his beloved grandparents, Virginia and Donald Dobson of Mayo, SC and Daisy and Tim Stalter of Pigeon, MI; and beloved friends, Jeffery Hall and Jeremiah Cole.
A Veteran's memorial service will be held time and date (TBD) in Palm Bay FL.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made in Tim's honor online to the (Wounded Warrior Project).

Tim as the last 10 1/2 months have gone by I miss you more as each day passes. I thought it would be easier as time passed but that is not true. I love and miss you with every breath I take.
