VINCENT G. CARRETTA

Vincent G. Carretta, age 71, of Fairfield, CT, formerly of Mount Vernon, NY, died November 16, 2005 in St.Vincent's Medical Center. Born in Bronx, NY to the late James and Mariana Rispoli Carretta, he lived in Mount Vernon for many years, and was a retired custodian for the school system. A big Yankees fan and an avid Movie goer, Vincent loved to make his family and friends laugh. He was predeceased by his siblings, Anthony Carretta, Marion Picciano, Connie Trippodo, and Me Parribelli. He will be fondly remembered by his nieces and nephews, including Susan Van Steenbergen, Jeanne Sullivan, and Robert Trippodo, all of Fairfield. Calling hours are on Friday (Today) from 4 to 8pm in the Lesko & Polke Funeral Home, 1209 Post Road, in Fairfield Center. Funeral Services will be held on Saturday at 9am in the funeral home and 930am in St.Anthony Church, Fairfield. Interment will follow in Holy Sepulcher Cemetery, New Rochelle.
