Dear Family & Friends of Margo ~

It would seem by the comments written in this guest book, that Margo was a very special person ... one who was filled with much care, friendliness, and love towards all she came in contact with.

I had the pleasure of meeting Margo for the first time a couple weeks ago where she was employeed. In the short time I was there, Margo extended that same exceptional liveliness towards me, making me feel that we'd known each other forever.

I am convinced that Margo brought a breath of fresh air, smile, and laughter to all wherever she went. It was her gift ... and we were all blessed because of it.

God bless your happy soul, dear Margo ... thanks for touching our lives.

With heartfelt sympathy & prayers ~

Dear Jack,
Received your notice today of Margo's passing..you of course have my most sincere condolences. Wish I could be there to share my best memory of wonderful Margo, which is simply that back in 1967 when I moved to Vandenberg Village just in time to start high school, she stepped forward to be my life-saving first friend. And what a constant and true friend she was, and a rock to her family - she had responsibilities as a teenager that many never face in a lifetime. She married the same year I did and what perfect soul-mates you two seemed to be, Jack! Again, my sympathies; my thoughts are with you and the family.

Dear Jack,
I received your card today about Margo - I am filled with shock and sadness. It seems so long ago that I lived in SLO and was part of your lives, and yes, it was over 15 years ago.
I want you to know how special she was to me - she started out as my boss and became my dear friend. You both were so good to me, and I remember many fun and funny times spent at work with her and at your home with both of you. She and I laughed SO much together! You and she will go hand in hand in my memory forever - may you find peace in your memories and know that she is near you.
With my sincerest condolences to you and your family,
Sharon Henry (formerly Sharon Deren)

Jack & Family,
I know at this time there is probably nothing anyone can say to console you, but please know that the entire Cabrillo Class of 1971 will be in Thought and Prayer for you and your Family. I am sure that many like myself could tell wonderful stories about, or of our times with Margo with huge smiles on our faces. She was a great lady.

To Margo's friends and family,

I worked in the same office as Margo not long ago and I always looked forward to seeing her smiling face. Margo's cheer was contagious. I could always count on a witty remark; the kind that would make you laugh not matter what your mood. Though I only knew her a short time, I felt as if she were a long lost friend. I'm sure she had that affect on many people. I will miss her.

To friends and family of Margo.

I served with Margo on the board of directors of the Lumber Association of California and Nevada (LACN)for a number of years.

I would tell anyone that it was my privilage to do so. Margo was a very smart and savey business person. Having said that she was also such a excellant friend as well. I will always remember when we had a board meeting near her home and later went to their place for a dinner. Such excellant hosts were her and Jack.

Speaking of Jack I will always remember the "Motercycle" stories of him buzzing all around the state's of Ca and Nev helping us get more members signed up. Jack...your a great guy and you will always be a welcome guest in our home.

Lastly it was quite a shock to hear of Margo's passing. In her memory please take a minute this month to stop and smell the roses and enjoy our short time we human's have on this earth.

To Jack and family,
When my sister Ruth ( Ruth Kline Marple Kane) called to tell me I was of course sadden by the news. It seemed that I had just got the call about Ann. Jack our family lived on base with the Crummy's.Margo's sister Marie was one of my best friends. Ann I knew later through my sisters family. I haven't seen Margo since our 20th reunion but she always made me feel as a freind. I have let other classmates know so hoping they all can share stories of their friendship with you.
