Robert Noel Obituary
1978-2006
Robert was born in Lompoc on January 23, 1978. He grew up in Lompoc and attended Lompoc schools. He spent all but the last seven years of his life here. Robert went to be with the lord on September 21, 2006. He was living in Sacramento at the time of his passing.
He leaves behind a loving family. His mother and stepfather Diane and Eric Hancock of Lompoc, Brothers, Joe Noel of Fresno, and Ricci Hancock, and wife Cynthia, and niece Natalia of Lompoc, Sister, Kendall Hancock of Paso Robles. Grandmother, Virginia Day of Lompoc, Numerous Aunts, Uncles, Cousins, and friends, and a special friend Leah Mehus of Sacramento.
Robert is preceded in death by his grandfather Clyde C. Day in 1981, and his birth father Bobbie N. Noel Jr. in 1988. There will be no service at this time.

I'll never forget the fun we all had hanging out togther in high school. Just to think we were still kids back then. My heart goes out to the Family. Ricci, hang in there buddy! I remember how close you two were. Needless to say, the fights you guys would get into. May GOD bless you!

My Dear Robbie,
Not a day goes by that I don't think about you, and wonder what it is like to be there in god's arms. I have always wanted the best for all of my children and well if you can't be here in my arms then I can't think of any one that I trust more than god himself to be taking care of you. And until we meet up in heaven you will forever be in my heart! I Love you and Miss you.
