Conner James Neal

Conner Neal, 20, of Ashburn, VA passed away tragically on Friday, September 23, 2022. Conner was born November, 23, 2001, to Katie and Jeremy Neal in Cincinnati, Ohio. Conner lived in Cincinnati, OH until he was five, and then moved to Ashburn, VA. He played a crucial part in his younger sister, Faith's life; helping her study for tests, making sure she did her chores, and playing with her. His close friends all called him their "brother". Conner had a huge heart, and has left his family and friends devastated by his loss.

Conner is survived by his mother, Katie Neal of Ashburn, VA; his father, Jeremy Neal, of Alexandria, VA; his half-sisters Faith Dixon of Ashburn, VA, and Serena Dixon of Linden, NJ ; his step-sister Katrina Ingles of Charlotte, NC; his great-grandfather, James Pettit of Ashburn, VA; his grandmother and grandfather, Cheryl and Rhea James of Alexandria, VA; his Mimi Judy Corso of Cincinnati, OH. He is also survived by his many aunts and uncles; Tommy Neal and Sherwil Tafalla, Adam and Becky James, Bob and Christine Webb, Rusty and Cathy Collins, Ricky and Amy Mays, Mikey and Carmella Mays, Diana James, Melanie James, James Neal, and Stephanie Kreimer; his cousins, Thomas Neal Jr., Brenna Karnes, Brayden and Asher James, Sylas Weaver, and numerous other cousins. Conner is preceded in death by his step-father James Dixon, and his great-grandmother Diane Pettit. Conner was a lifelong Cincinnati Bengals fan. Preceding death, Conner made a generous donation of his organs hopefully saving other lives.

Visitation and Service will take place at Adams-Green Funeral Home in Herndon, VA on Saturday, October 1, 2022. Visitation for family will be 10 am - 11 am, and for the public 11 am - 1 pm, and service will be 1 pm - 2 pm. In lieu of flowers, the family would like donations to be sent for diabetes research in memory of Conner Neal to JDRF.org. Conner James Neal
