Charles Baxter Obituary

BAXTER, CHARLES MAX, 55, of Louisville, passed away on Wednesday, November 14, 2012.

Originally from Tompkinsville, KY, he moved to Jeffersontown in 1986, where he raised his family. He was former owner of Premier Childcare and Preschool of Jeffersontown, and was a friend to everyone that met him.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Charlie and Katharina Baxter.

Charles is survived by his loving children, Christina and Jared Baxter; brother, Jim Baxter (Melissa); nephew, Ben Baxter; and former wife, Lynn Manizza. He is also survived by a host of friends and coworkers.

Funeral ceremony will be 4 p.m. Sunday, November 18, 2012 at Newcomer Funeral Home, 235 Juneau Drive with visitation there from 2 p.m. until time of service. To leave a special message for the family, visit www.Newcomerlouisville.com.

I worked with Charles in Glasgow at RR Donnelley around 1980. Was sorry to hear of his passing, Charles was a good and kind person, my prayers and thoo=ughts go tot eh family.

Charles made us laugh, smile, and he brought happiness and good times into our lives as a classmate & friend at THS class of 1974. you will be missed. Friends Connie, Sandra, Regena and Joy

"Mr. Charles" will be missed by me and my children, Maggie and Jack. We were fortunate to have known him for the past 15 years. He is such a genuine person.
