David was such a wonderful person and such a joy to work worth! Our office was really lucky to have him working with us here at the U.S. Department of Labor/OFCCP. He came to us for training through the AARP but he left us with so much more! We really missed him when he left and enjoyed his visits to see us now and then. Our prayers are with you and your family.

Bro. Cargile was such a blessing in our office (Dept. of Labor) with his jolly smile - always talking about Jesus & his love for Jesus & others. AARP sent him to work with us for about a year. This world won't be the same - but you can believe that he made sure some folks will meet him in Heaven. He was a very serious "soul winner". (smiles) .
I'm praying for the family - especially my friend Sally.
PEACE - SIS CONLEY
