David was such a wonderful person and such a joy to work worth! Our office was really lucky to have him working with us here at the U.S. Department of Labor/OFCCP. He came to us for training through the AARP but he left us with so much more! We really missed him when he left and enjoyed his visits to see us now and then. Our prayers are with you and your family.

David my dearest and closest friend and my companion for more years than I can count I will miss you dearly but I love you enough to let you go, You will always be in my memories and in my heart and even death cannot stop the love we shared. Bro. Cargile was such a blessing in our office (Dept. of Labor) with his jolly smile - always talking about Jesus & his love for Jesus & others. AARP sent him to work with us for about a year. This world won't be the same - but you can believe that he made sure some folks will meet him in Heaven. He was a very serious "soul winner". (smiles) .
I'm praying for the family - especially my friend Sally.

When I heard that Bro David or Papa Dave as we at More Grace call him took the Journey to life Eternity I saw him standing in heaven smiling with that big grin looking around asking questions and Praising the Lord!
