David was my first Valentine in 7th grade. We lived in the same neighborhood and went to school together. We reconnected after you lost Darlene... We had a lot of laughs together. You will be missed my friend...

I remember David's love for his Uncle Lynn. That may be the reason he enlisted in the Marines. Theresa and David came to our house for birthday celebrations with our sons, his cousins.
Lynn and I visited with David and Darlene twice in Illinois. Grandmother went with us the first visit and Lynn and I went to visit another time. David loved his Grandmother so very much. He called her regularly. She had a special place in her heart for David and I'm sure he gained strength from their relationship.
David, I love you and always will.
