On behalf of everyone here at the Animal Refuge Center, we wish to offer our deepest condolences for Debbie's passing.
Debbie Howe was a long time supporter of the Animal Refuge Center, and there are some of us here at ARC who knew Debbie for 25+ years. Her honesty and sass were one-of-a-kind traits that we loved over everything. She was a dynamic force for animal welfare in our community and we are severely diminished without her.
Little Deb, one of the Yorkies rescued from a horrible situation some years ago, was named in her honor, and it makes us smile now to remember it.
We loved you, Deb. :') We hope you can get a lot done up there, because we really need it right now.

RIP Debbie you will forever be a sister to me. You have always been a strong woman and you leave behind three beautiful kids who will miss you dearly. I love you and pray that the kids will find peace in knowing that you suffer no more and that you are still taking care of animals only on the other side now.
