Jim and I are devastated to learn so late about Dominic's passing! What a lovely man. He was the first Administrator at our Hospital in Newport Beach. Our hearts go out to Deb and his girls whom he loved so much. RIP Dom, you are missed. Jim and Phyllis Parkhurst

I worked with Dominic at Our Lady of Peace. He did so much to lead and take care of the special gero-psych program there. He was a strong part of a special and close leader team we had there for many good years. He was so very kind to me, and I was glad to tell him prior to his leaving, how much I had appreciated him and his informal mentorship. Of course, we felt like we knew his family as he often shared fun and loving stories. Little Sammy. Dominic always had a twinkle in his eye when it came to his family. Deb, thinking of you and the kids. Fond thoughts of Dominic.

Dominic and I were close when we were younger, and what I loved most about him was his kind, gentle heart. He was very sensitive towards those around him. He had a gracious heart . Although we had an age difference he never made me feel left out. He was generous and kind. He was also such a beautiful artist and loved to draw . He could draw anything. One day while drawing I was struggling to make a persons nose, but it wasn't a struggle for Dominic. He showed me over and over until I got it. He was my cousin and my friend. Although times and circumstances have come between us, to me he will always be that kind hearted, sensitive, gentle man. From reading this obituary and these messages, I am assured he was this way all his life, as he left his mark on all the lives he touched.
