Evelyn Martion Obituary
88, passed away peacefully Sunday, August 27, 2017, at her daughter's home near Corydon, surrounded by her loving family. She was formerly employed at ICI Americas in Charlestown, Indiana and was a member of the Baptist faith.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Edwin J. Martion; her daughter, Karen Anne Ingram, her sister, Mary Elizabeth Huckleberry; her brother, J.T. Roberts; and her great grandson.
Survivors include her daughters, Linda Mae Welch (Bill Rudey) and Darlene Smith (Ed); 10 grandchildren; 21 great grandchildren; and 7 great great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Thursday, August 31, 2017, at Beanblossom-Cesar Funeral Home in Corydon, Indiana. Burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery in Louisville. Visitation will be from 11 a.m. - 8 p.m. Wednesday and after 9 a.m. Thursday.

Please know that our thoughts and prayers are with you! We lived next door at 3711 Nanz for four years and have very fond memories of Louise. I can picture her sitting on her back porch with our oldest who was a toddler at the time. I loved her enthusism for a good sporting event. At times one could hear the cheering from inside her home. Brings a smile to my face to think about.
