J. Busey Obituary

BUSEY, J. DARYL, 61, of Pendleton, KY, passed away unexpectedly Friday, July 27, 2012.

He was a native of Mobile, AL. He received his undergraduate degree from Samford University, Masters of Divinity from Southern Theological Seminary, and a Bachelors of Science in Nursing from Spalding University. He worked for Fresenius Medical and was a member of St. Thomas Episcopal Church.

He was preceded in death by his parents, James and Mildred Irby Busey; and a step-daughter, Colleen Carrell.

He is survived by his wife, Marsha Williams Busey; daughter, Sarah Busey; step-son, Sean Carrell (Kaulana); and three-step grandchildren, Samantha Carrell, Makaela Carroll, and Skyler Carrell.

Memorial Service will be 11 a.m. Saturday, August 4, 2012 at St. Thomas Episcopal Church, 9616 Westport Road.

Memorial contributions in Daryl's memory may be made in care of the family.

Very sorry for your loss. Daryl was always happy and very friendly. We never met him, but he use to call us every day to have the physicians paged and we always enjoyed talking to him. Lisa, Sherry, Larissa, Dee and Summer.

Marsha, I never met Daryl personally but knowing he was a RN tells me he was a compassionate, kind, and special person. I wish I had met him. So sorry for your loss.
