69, of Louisville, passed away Thursday, February 2, 2017.
He is survived by his wife of 48 years, Patricia A. (Crouch) O'Brien; son, C. Kent O'Brien; daughter, Shannon L. O'Brien; sister, Marty Sattich (David) and niece, Kristin Sattich.
His visitation will be from 4 - 8 p.m. Tuesday, February 7, 2017 at Highlands Funeral Home, 3331 Taylorsville Rd.
His Funeral service is private.
Expression of sympathy may be made to the American Diabetes Association or the American Cancer Society.
