Sorry I just caught up to this guest book and hope you're doing as well as could be expected. Ken was a dear friend and a great guy, which you know better than I. It's still difficult for me to accept his passing but, among other things, I'll always remember his superb delivery of "...thank you for flying Tip Top Airlines." Now he flies above us all.

I was shocked to hear about this. Ken was quite a character and, well, when I worked with him, he made the day more memorable. My sympathies go out to his family and co-workers.

Ken...

For all you taught me I am grateful. Your mentoring provided so many gifts. I was an award winning sales warrior because I was armed with the greatest weapon...I worked under McElroy for years. There is no better advertising sales training than that!

I will miss my surprise phone calls with the joke of the day. And my very own personal wordsmith!

Mary Ann - thank you for sharing your husband with so many of us!

My thoughts to all the friends and family!

I'm still in shock that Ken has passed. I know how close the two of you were. I have wonderful memories of him and the two of you together. I've always been glad the two of you found each other....and you had many years to enjoy each other's company. Both of you were so blessed.

Mary Ann,
Kenny was one of those people you never forget; he made us laugh through high school (class of '66) and college. He had such a love for life. I am so sorry for your loss.

Can't say Kenny and I ever got to be close friends. Our paths simply did not cross very much in high school.
But I can tell you from quiet observation that he was a good, kind, level headed and humorous person. He genuinely enjoyed making people laugh, and some of his comedy still rings in my mind these 42 years later. I regret very much that he has left so soon. I know he loved it here.

Mary Ann - bass guitar, lead and drummer. We were the three muscateers - all through life. I could not miss anyone more. Mary Ann and I are still laughing about the garden tiller. How could he buy such a thing? There is a huge hole in our lives.

Kenny seemed to really enjoy a wide variety of music and people. His many talents often made music sound better, and a great many people enjoy his company. His music and smile remain unforgettable in our hearts and souls.
