Nettie Hughes Obituary
85, passed away Thursday November 6, 2014.
She was a member of Southern Star Baptist Church for 60 years and a retiree of American Cellophane.
Mrs. Hughes was preceded in death by husbands, James Lee Willis and James Hughes; and parents, James and Zeola Woodard Flood.
Survivors include her children, Gwendolyn White (Clarence), Jacqueline Morton and George Willis; four grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; and a host of extended family and friends.
Visitation will be held 11 am - 1 pm Wednesday at her church, 2304 Algonquin Parkway, with funeral services to follow at 1pm. Entombment will be in Evergreen Mausoleum. A. D. Porter & Sons, 1300 W. Chestnut St. is entrusted with arrangements.

Dearest Jackie,
I'm so sorry for the loss of your mother, but you were a great daughter. You kept your mom so sharp and well groomed. Her eyebrows were always so beautiful because of you. You did an excellent job. God bless and keep you in His care.
