Dear David and Michael,
I am so sorry about Uncle Phil's death. But, I am so very glad that you all had his 100th birthday party and that all of his grandkids were able to visit him.
Mary Barbara tells me he knew everyone and was able to talk with them.
Your dad always has such vitality, energy, and determination (some say stubbornness)that it is hard to believe he is gone.
I can so clearly see him again with your mom and hear him saying,"Elsie Catherine you should do it this way. And, of course Aunt Elsie would shake her head and then do it her way."
I am so grateful for all of the wonderful memories I have of your parents and both of you.
Please know that I love you and our thoughts and prayers are with you.
Edna and Mike
