Louisville - died March 10, 2018 in Louisville, KY at the age of 65.
Tony is survived by his wife, Yvette LeMaster of Jeffersonville, IN; his children Charisse A. LeMaster of Louisville, KY, Haley Adams-LeMaster, and Philip A. LeMaster Jr., of Jeffersonville; his mother Judith Frazier; his siblings John LeMaster Jr., Bryant Frazier Sr. (Shirley), Pamela Simms (Vince), A'lelia Harish, Josh Frazier, Layla Frazier, and a host of nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his father John LeMaster Sr. and brother Jeffery Frazier.
Visitation is scheduled for Saturday March 17 at 11am-1pm with a memorial service immediately following at Peace Presbyterian Church, 4210 E. Indian Trail, Louisville, KY 40213. Flowers and condolences may be sent to the church.
