Robert Humpich Obituary

Robert "Bob" Humpich Sr.

Louisville - Robert "Bob" Humpich Sr., 78, of Louisville, Kentucky passed away Sunday, February 7, 2021.

Bob was a proud United States, National Guard Army Veteran, Kentucky Colonel and a member of St. Athanasius Catholic Church. He was also retired from GE and owner of family owned business since 1966, Humpich Trucking.

His parents, Leonard and Loretta Humpich, his wife of 42 years, Evelyn Humpich and his two sons, Lee Jason and Robert Jr., precede him in death.

Left to cherish his memory are his children, Albert Schneider (Robin), Lisa Lea Humpich, Ronda Durbin (Mike), Connie Grivois(Dan) and Daniel Humpich, brother, Leonard Humpich(Doris) and sister Mary Lebangood(Ron) and numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be Sunday, February 14, 2021 from 2-7pm at Arch L. Heady & Son Funeral Home-Okolona. A private family Funeral Mass will be Monday at St. Athanasius Catholic Church with burial to follow at Evergreen Cemetery. In order to adhere to public health requirements, family members and friends are required to wear a mask and practice social distancing at all times during the services.
