Tyrone Rowan, 52, passed away January 24, 2017. Visitation will be from 11-12 on Saturday, January 28, 2017 at Newcomer Funeral Home, 10304 Dixie Highway with a service to begin at Noon. Burial will be in Mill Creek Cemetery.
