Dear Betty, Charles, and Fredrica,

Nancy and I just heard of Bill's death last night. We are so sorry for your loss but so happy Bill has completed a successful and wonderful journey with you. I still remember working with Bill with the funerals for members of the Bedford Christian Church and also in Rotary. I also fondly remember playing Santa Claus and going with Bill to deliver food to some needy famililes.
I also feel Bill was the one I compared other funeral directors I would work with in the future because of his meticulous care in getting all the details absolutely right.
I cherish memories of Bill and I hope and pray God's blessings of peace and comfort will be with all of you at this time of separation.
We love you.

Betty, Frederika, Charles and family;

If we are lucky, we get to meet and enjoy but a handful of truly "special" people in our lifetime - Bill was such a "special" person to me and my family in our time of need.

Like the words of a Bill Gaither hymn, "He Touched Me and now I am no longer the same", Bill "touched" me in a way I'll never be the same. I'm a better person for just having known him.

I pray you find peace in your memories.
