Catherine Emrick Obituary
Catherine Elizabeth Emrick, 62, of Lowell, MA died Tuesday, March 8, 2022 at High Pointe Hospice in Haverhill, MA.
Born in Arlington, MA, she was the daughter of the late Ernest Druan and Catherine (Higgins) Druan.
She graduated from Bedford High School, Bedford, with the class of 1977.
She was a communicant of Immaculate Conception Church in Lowell.
Catherine was employed by Immaculate Conception School in Lowell, MA.
She was a member of the MSPCA and was an avid dog lover. She enjoyed collecting whistles. Catherine was an accomplished pianist.
She is survived by her fiancé Norman Smith of Lowell, MA, daughters Alexandra Emrick of Merrimack, NH, Scout Emrick of Plaistow, NH, and several nieces and nephews.
She was the sister of the late E. Paul Druan and Helen Druan.

I CANT BELIEVE ITS NOW THREE YEARS SINCE YOUR PASSING CATH.
AS EACH HOLIDAY PASSES, ESPECIALLY CHRISTMAS AND EASTER, I THINK OF ALL OUR GET TOGETHERS.
IM THINKING OF THE LAST TIME I SAW YOU.
IT WAS SUCH AN UNEXPECTED VISIT.LITTLE DID I KNOW IT WOULD BE THE LAST TIME I SAW YOU.
WE SPOKE ON THE PHONE, BUT NOT THE SAME.
HOWEVER, THERE ARE DECADES OF MEMORIES TO PUT A SMILE ON MY LIPS AND HEART.

DEAREST ALEXANDRA, SAMANTHA SCOUT, AND BILL, AS ANOTHER HOLY SESSON COMES AROUND, I THINK BACK FONDLY OF ALL THE HOLIDAYS WE ALL SPENT TOGETHER IN MUCH HAPPINESS.
NOW, SO MANY LOVED ONES AND FRIENDS ARE GONE, BUT, WE HAVE SO MANY CHERISHED MEMORIES AND MANY OF MY HAPPINESS ARE THE ONES OUR FAMILIES SPENT TOGETHER. I HAVE SO MANY MEMORIES AND MOMENTOES OF THOSE TIMES TO LAST A LIFETIME.

My deepest sympathy to Cathy's family and friends on her passing. May she rest in gods eternal peace. I had the pleasure of knowing and being your hairstylist for many years. You were a dog lover like myself and I enjoyed sharing our dog stories and pictures together. You will be missed and prayed for dear Cathy.

SO GLAD OUR FAMILIES HAD SO MANY HAPPY TIMES TOGETHER DURING OUR 37 YEAR FRIENDSHIP AND INTERTWINED OUR FAMILIES AS GOD PARENTS TO EACH OTHERS LOVED ONES.
I NEVER EXPECTED YOU WOULD PASS INTO YOUR ETERNAL LIFE FIRST SINCE WE HAD A SUBSTANTIAL AGE SPAN, BUT, WE NEVER WHEN OUR LORD CALLS EACH OF US,
I HAVE SO MANY PICTURES AND MEMORIES OF MUCH HAPPIER TIMES TOGETHER.
