Dear Bobbie, Justin and Megan,
There are no words to express my sympathy. He was a wonderful human being and I still tell Dougie camping stories to this day. He was what made camping fun.

Doug was truly and inspiration and loved by all who knew him as evident by the number of people who went to his benefeit. I think he left something with all of us.

I am so sorry for your loss. Doug helped out everyone so much! He helped me pick out my first car when I got my license. He'd check them and half the ones I brought to the garage we leaking some fluid!! My heart goes out to the Corcoran family :)

Although I usually only saw Doug once a year at a golf trip with a big bunch of guys, I considered him a friend. His sense of humor was infectious. He genuinely cared about people. He will be missed my many many people. My deepest sympathies to his family.

To all the Corcoran Clan. Iv'e been away for 18 years but you kids were in our lives when you guys were growing up the Doves and Corcorans had many cookouts. Although I met Doug only once (at a rained out golf outing) his warm, gregarious nature made a life long impression on me. It was his light heartedness that helped return a smile to our faces after we were soaked and forced indoors.
My sincere condolences to Bobbi and family. My hope and prayers that with the strength and support of friends and family you find peace in the days ahead.

We wish the Corcoran Family well during this tough time. Doug was a great compassionate person. I remember when he would work on my junk box cars in High School. He always got them up and running I just should have took his advice and got rid of them sooner. I will always remember him and Artie working at the Garage in Tyngsboro and the one day I worked there pumping gas. It was really good that I didn't fill the huge diesel Mac truck with regular gas. Thanks for the help Doug. Oh and sorry about messing up the reciepts and making you think they paid 500.00 dollars for gas rather than 5.00. It was only one day I worked there but I learned alot about a truck engine that was bigger than me. I will alway remember Doug laughing and smiling. It was a great memory in my life, Thank you.

Doug Corcoran was truley a gift from God. If you didn't know where his campsite was, all you had to do was listen for that laugh, or follow your nose to the food.

my deepest condolences, I was a friend of dougs at the tyng sport club and shot trap with doug for years, like so many other people he also fixed my cars as I was growing up. I especially enjoyed his awesome humor the Hamelin/Reid family will greatly miss one of tyngsboro's finest

I never had the pleasure of meeting Doug in person. Justin has been my math student at THS for the two years prior to this one. I know of Doug through what I see in Justin. And what i see would make any parents proud.
I cannot express the appropriate words that can make the passing of a loved one feel better. All I can say is that I know what the feeling is because I have gone through it myself more than once. If there is anything that I can do for Justin, please ask me. I want you to know that I am here for him when and if he ever needs me.

Doug will always be remember by me and my family! The Corcoran family was so good to us when me and my family lost our home! I am sorry for you lost you guys. Words can't express how much we will miss Doug. He was always such a practical joker and so much fun to be with. Whether it was hanging out in the garage or having fun camping Doug was always such a kid at heart. We are so very sorry about the loss of one of the most wonderful people we have ever met. When we moved to the neighborhood several years ago Doug was there with a huge welcome and a smile. We watched him sled down his hill and ride the ATV around the yard like a big kid. His love of life and the simple things that make it important will always bring a smile to our faces. I was so sorry to hear of Doug's illness and now his passing. I lived in Tyngsboro for over 17 years and went to the service station where he worked at that time, solely because of Doug's help. He could always make you laugh when your car was falling apart and you didn't feel like it! He was always a helpful and friendly person. I could not tell you the last time I saw Doug but will always remember the help he gave me. He will be missed.

I've know Doug for the past 10 years calling on him at the Highway dept when I needed help. He was always appreciative of public service and served Tyngsboro well for many many years. We at the US Postal Service in Tyngsboro will miss him too.
