Francis J. "Frank" Perrin

Francis J. "Frank" Perrin, 88, died on Friday, March 10, 2023 at Lowell General Hospital. He was the beloved husband of the late Lucille J. (Arsenault) Perrin, with whom he shared 40 years of marriage before her passing in 1995.

He was born in Lowell on June 21, 1934 and was the son of the late Alexina and Eugene Perrin.

Frank was an avid sports fan. He loved the Patriots and would never miss watching a game on Sundays with family and friends. He was also an avid fan of the PGA and particularly enjoyed watching Tiger Woods and Phil Mickelson.

Frank will be remembered by friends and family as an exuberant and passionate person always willing and able to help others around him. He enjoyed the up keep of his residence, making puzzles and visiting family.

His greatest joy was his family and spent his life devoted to his children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Frank is survived and will be deeply missed by his two sons, Scott Perrin and his wife Lisa of Chelmsford and Steven Perrin and his wife Janet of Newbury; his five grandchildren, Kyle and his fiancé Courtney, Gabrielle, Hayley, Ashley and Anna; his great-granddaughter, Cora; his long-time companion, Evelyn Climo; as well as several nieces, nephews, family and friends.

Per Frank's wishes, all services were held privately. Burial in St. Joseph Cemetery, Chelmsford.
