Threw my back out putting a hockey puck on your headstone. Either you hit me with a jolt from beyond or as you always told me I'm a walking workman's comp case. Still missing you buddy

Millie and family, I just saw the news of Fred's passing here in Colorado. I have fond memories of working with Fred for many years. Putting the pool in on Treble Cove, coffee at Dunkin Donuts, a late dinner at Friendly´s while plowing snow at the Billerica schools and pouring concrete late into the night during the worst of weather. In all my time with Fred he had nothing but positive comments about you and the family. He had a wonderful smile and a great outlook on life. Certainly, someone we should all proudly emulate. My thoughts and prayers are with you and the family.

I worked with Fred for many many years. He set an example for me. Fred's family was everything to him. I worked with him under some of the coldest most difficult conditions. He did this to support the people he loved. He is a man I always looked up to and tried to copy his family values. Terrible lose for all that knew him. Thanks Fred for what you taught me. God Bless.
