George Paul Simard, Jr.
formerly of Lowell, MA; 65

NEW DURHAM, NH -- George Paul Simard, Jr. age 65, passed away on April 8th after a long illness.

He was born and raised in Lowell, MA, the son of George Paul Simard, Sr. of Nashua and the late Theresa (Wilmot) Simard.

Paul attended Lowell schools and was a graduate of Lowell High School, Class of 1967.

He is survived by his dear wife, Cindy.

Paul will be remembered as a very well read man with a great sense of humor. He loved his family, friends, and his home in the country.

As a young man, he worked for Simard's Service Station, a family run business in Lowell, MA. Later, he worked for the Tillotson, Co. in Rochester, NH.

Besides his wife and his father, Paul is survived by his brother, John Simard and his wife Kimberly of Nashua, his sister Linda Bittelari and her husband John of Nashua, his nephews Ralph Bittelari and his wife Eilin of Alexandria, VA, Rocco Blackelari and his wife Rebecca of Waltham, MA, Jeremy Simard of Nashua, NH and his niece Vanessa Simard and her partner Jake Henderson of Rochester, as well as a great-nephew Leif Henderson of Rochester.

At Paul's request, all services will be private.

I knew Paul from high school and enjoyed visiting him at his father's Citgo station across from Toni's.
