Born in Portugal on June 8, 1936, he was a son of the late Joaquin and Gestrudes (Santos) Palatino.
A carpenter, Mr. Palatino worked for the local carpenters union for 20 years before he retired.
He enjoyed gardening, camping and ballroom dancing.
He is survived by two daughters and sons-in-law, Judith and Bill Rogers of Largo, Fla., and Caroline Palatino-Fournier and Dave Fournier of New Port Richey, Fla.; a brother, Fernando Palatino of Portugal; a sister, Helena Pinto of Portugal; two grandchildren, Rachel Harder of Texas and Jacob Conley of Florida; a sister-in-law, Maria Helena Palatino of Worcester; three nieces, Marie Palatino, Ana Leeds and Leta Ash; his companion of the last 20 years, Pauline Wilson of Dracut; her children, Michelle O'Hearn, Walter Wilson and Timothy Wilson; and her grandchildren, Rachel, Nathan, T.J. and Jack.
