John A. Mangie

John A. Mangie of Billerica, Concord School Dept. retiree; 72 BILLERICA John A. Mangie, age 72, husband of the late Marie T. (Delaney) Mangie, died Sunday, at the Lahey Clinic in Burlington. He was born in Waltham, October 2, 1936, son of the late Nelson and Eva (Sampson) Mangie, and lived in Waltham for many years before moving to Billerica 40 years ago. Mr. Mangie was employed as a Milkman for the Blue Ribbon Dairy in Bedford for over 20 years, and later worked as a Custodian for the Concord School Department. Mr. Mangie is survived by his 3 sons, Stephen Mangie, Kenneth Mangie and his wife, (Julie), and Keith Mangie, all of Billerica; his daughter, Dawn Dunne of Billerica; his brother, Robert Mangie of Waltham; 3 sisters, Jean Gatti of Osterville, Marie Woton of FL, and Diane Naylor of CA; 9 grandchildren, Racquel and Kenneth Mangie, Jacob Mangie, Nichole Mason, Megan Healey, Renee, Sean and Leah Dunne and Nicholas Cangiamila; 2 great-grandchildren, Cameron Scali and Aiden Mason. Funeral Wednesday from the SWEENEY MEMORIAL FUNERAL HOME, 66 Concord Rd., Billerica at 8 a.m. A Funeral Mass will be held at St. Theresa Church at 9 a.m. Relatives and friends respectfully invited. Visiting hours will be held Tuesday from 3-7 p.m. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society, 20 Speen St., Framingham, MA 01701.
