Judith C. (Maskaluk) Mulno, 78, of Lowell, passed away on Wednesday, February 24, 2021 at Lowell General . She was born in Lowell on November 19, 1942 and was raised by John Shanahan and Barbara (Schaum) Maskaluk Shanahan. Judy grew up in Lowell and graduated from Lowell with the class of 1960. She worked as a manager at Wang Laboratories for over 22 years prior to her retirement and was an active Tenant Counsel member of the Lowell Housing Authority. For the past twenty years, Judy worked for Jackson Hewitt preparing taxes while making many new friends. Judy enjoyed shopping, traveling, taking cruises, going to the , and her annual family trips to Sebago . Most of all she cherished her time with her precious family and her amazing circle of friends. Judy's pride would always shine through when she spoke of her children and grandchildren. She was a very proud Mom and Nana. She is survived by her two loving children; Lisa Moore and her husband Wayne of Plaistow, NH, and Phillip Mulno and his wife Belinda of Dracut, four grandchildren; Tom Moore, Kristina Mulno, Brendan Moore and Kevin Mulno, four siblings; Sandra Amlaw, Robert Michael Powderly, Jill Oliveria, and David Maskaluk. Judy also leaves behind her longtime companion, Paul Bureau, several dear friends all along the East Coast and many cherished nieces and nephews.

Visiting hours will be held on Tuesday, March 2nd from 4-7pm at the DRACUT FUNERAL HOME, 2159 Lakeview Avenue, DRACUT. To ensure the safety of all, COVID-19 social distancing measures will be in place and face coverings are kindly required. Interment will be private.
