BILLERICA -- Marie J. (Johansen) Nardini, 99, of Richardson St., died Thursday, at home in Billerica.

She was the wife of late the Robert V. Nardini who died in 1996 and was married for 60 years.

Born in Bedford, MA on Sept. 20, 1912, she was the daughter of the late Thorvald and Eline (Jensen) Johansen. She resided in Billerica most of her life, starting about 1919. She was a 1931 graduate of Howe High School and participated in many school activities.

Mrs. Nardini was a member of the First Congregational Church of Billerica.

She enjoyed cooking, sewing, making crafts ornaments, Billerica COA, and 18 years as a snow bird in Florida at her mobile home. She also enjoyed following the career of the Boston Red Sox through the last three of their World Series Championships.

She is survived by a daughter and son-in-law, Joan and Alan Graustein of Sanbornton, NH; two sons and a daughter-in-law, Richard Nardini, and John and Marjorie Nardini, all of Billerica; six grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.
