Maura Linscott Obituary
LOWELL - Maura Frances (Patronick) Linscott was born on December 31, 1959 in Lowell, Massachusetts and passed away October 17, peacefully after a long battle with illness. Maura was a fierce little bug as we all knew, that's why we loved her. Maura is survived by her long term sidekick, Mark F. Linscott, their daughter Amy Kathleen Linscott and her significant other Robert Soubosky. Maura is also survived by her two favorite sons, Mark Francis and Christopher Alan Linscott. Maura's grandchildren Ava Michelle and Emma Rose Linscott will miss their nana greatly, but they know that she is loving them to the moon and back. Maura loved being a nana, she never thought she would be one. She did everything for her family and we wouldn't be who we are today with out her.
Her sister Joanna and her husband Gary LeRiche survive Miss Maura, as do her three sisters-in-law, Kim Patronick, MaryJane Linscott, Carol Poulin and Carol's husband Dean. Maura had many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends as well, none held a candle to her best friends Karen and Ronnie Ralls. "True friends. Thank you for doing life with me."
It hasn't been easy, but we turned the worst into what was best, "thank you to my family for all your help and care."
Maura is the daughter of the late Claire (Zipps) Patronick, and was predeceased by her two brothers, Stephen and John Patronick, and John Harold her nephew.
Maura does not wish for services after her passing, her immediate family was fortunate enough to be able to say goodbye to her prior to her passing. Maura will be cremated.
If you are thinking about donating to a charity in Maura's name, the Alzheimer's foundation, Shriners, or AIDS research are what she always said she would donate to if she ever "hit it big". Mama loved bingo, cribbage and the good ole Massachusetts State lottery.
