Nancy Gagnon Obituary

Nancy (Guziejka) Gagnon
of Manchester, NH; 78

MANCHESTER, NH -- Nancy (Guziejka) Gagnon, 78 of Manchester, NH, passed away on Saturday, October 7, 2017 at her home. She was the beloved wife of the late Philip L. Gagnon.

Born in Lowell, MA on September 21, 1939, she was the daughter of the late Chester and Mary (Bukala) Guziejka. Nancy worked as a supervisor with New England Telephone Company for 32 years until her retirement. She was a very religious woman and attended services weekly. She was a member of St. Jude Parish in Londonderry, NH, where she was very involved with the crafters group. She was a member of the Red Hatters Group and enjoyed time with the Londonderry/ Pelham, NH Senior Centers. In her free time, she loved spending time with family and friends. Her other passion was crocheting and donating her work for others to enjoy. She would crotchet anywhere/anytime she was able. She loved traveling to Las Vegas a couple times a year, where she enjoyed playing Bingo and the slot machines.

Nancy will be deeply missed by her son, Glenn Gagnon and his wife, Lisa; her step-son, William J. "Bill" Gagnon and his wife, Teresa; 4 siblings, Frances Verville, Chester Guziejka; Patricia Ormon; and Janice McDonough; 3 grandchildren, Ryan, Zachary, and Kate; and several nieces, nephews, and cousins. She is predeceased by her sister, Gloria Suter.

GAGNON -- Family and friends will honor and celebrate Nancy's life by gathering for calling hours at the Kenneth H. Pollard Funeral Home, 233 Lawrence Street in Methuen on Thursday, October 26, 2017 from 4 - 8 PM. Her funeral service will take place at 11 AM on Friday at the funeral home. Nancy was a great volunteer for the RSVP Program. She made hats and mittens that kept many children warm during the winter months. Her tireless efforts will always be remembered as will her license plate BINGO! Rest in peace.
