LOWELL - Mr. Panagiotis "Peter" Giannakopoulos, 67, passed away Friday, January 26th at Lowell General Hospital.
Relatives and friends will be received at St. George Greek Orthodox Church, 44 Princeton Blvd., Lowell on Wednesday, January 31st from 5pm to 7pm. A coffee hour will follow in the church. His funeral will be held in Greece. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Peter's memory to St. George Church. Funeral arrangements under the direction of M.R. LAURIN FUNERAL HOME, Directors, Louis M. Fazio III, Scott Laurin, M. Richard Laurin.

Peter was one of the kindest and most generous people I have had the pleasure of knowing.
A humble man with a wealth of knowledge.
In addition to his generosity with his time the eagerness he possessed to help others in whatever capacity he could was admirable.
He will be sorely missed.
Heaven is lucky to have him.

I had the pleasure of working with Peter on some Real estate transactions His main concern was Never for himself, but always for his tenants. He was a very caring man with a good heart. Rare today. God bless Peter. Rest in Peace
