A year has passed and I still want to call Paul to chat about something...anything. We were all so lucky to have known him..

I'm so very sorry for your loss. Paul was an inspiration to my husband who recommissioned the C123's 1971-73 that came back from Vietnam. He will always be remembered by our family. My husband also suffers from the affect of Agent Orange. May God keep your family in His loving care.

To all the Bailey family: I am so sorry for your loss. I always remember Paul as being a quiet and friendly person growing up in Billerica. Somehow you never forget those neighborhood friends you hung out with. My heart goes out to all of you. He will always be remembered.

Paul was a proud member of the 58th Aerial Port and Westover family for many years. Learned so much about leadership from him during our years together. God bless and keep you.
