LOWELL -- Priscilla M. (Trask) Polak, 81, of Lowell, passed away peacefully at her home, Wednesday, January 28, 2015.

She was the beloved widow of the late Frank Polak who passed away in 1997.

A daughter of the late George F. and the late Marietta (Mangan) Trask, she was born May 16, 1933 in Lowell, and attended the Sacred Heart School, Lowell High School, and St. John's School of Medical Technology.

Priscilla made her lifelong home in Lowell, and was a member of the former Sacred Heart Parish, and an active communicant of the Holy Trinity Parish. Priscilla was an active participant in the pulmonary rehabilitation program at Lowell General Hospital at Saints Campus. She had worked as a medical laboratory technician at St. John's Hospital, J.H. Lambert Medical Associates, and she retired from St. Joseph's Hospital. She also enjoyed knitting and crocheting.

She is survived by her children, Catherine Beakey and her husband, Thomas of Auburn, NH, Lisa Boucher and her husband, Daniel of Nashua, NH, Frank W. Polak and his wife, Anne and her children, Julia Edwards and Sara Handspicker, of Bridgton, ME, Janice Kenney and her husband, David of Nashua, NH, Jeffrey T. Polak and his wife, Kerry of Lowell, Mark G. Polak and his wife, Dianne of Lowell; her grandchildren, Kristen Beakey, Melissa Beakey, Oliver Kenney, Alex Kenney, David Boucher, Bradford Polak, Alicia Polak, Cecelia Polak, and Sophia Polak; and several nieces and nephews.

She was also a sister of the late Georgette E. Donaghue, and the late William F. Trask.
