He was born in Boston on Oct. 13, 1951, a son of the late Salvatore A. and Alba (Fiato) Bucci. He was raised in Tewksbury and graduated from Keith Academy with the class of 1969. He later attended Northeastern University.
For most of his career, Mr. Bucci worked in the restaurant business throughout the area.
He was a communicant of St. William's Church and was a former member of the Fr. Coppen's Council and the Knights of Columbus Council 4336 in Tewksbury.
Besides his wife, he is survived by three children, Christine, Lauren and Matthew Bucci, all of Lowell; a stepson, Shawn Dillon and his wife, Laura (Carciofi), of Tewksbury; two grandsons, Joshua Bucci of Lowell and Jack Dillon of Tewksbury; two brothers and sisters-in-law, Richard C. and Cheryl (Chisholm) Bucci of Litchfield, N.H., and Joseph D. and Heather (Dalton) Bucci of Raymond, N.H.; a sister and brother-in-law, Carol A. and Walter Rocco of Tewksbury; two nieces, his goddaughter Rachel Bucci and Dakota Bucci, both of New Hampshire; and four nephews, Vincent and Tyler Bucci of New Hampshire, and Anthony and Nicholas Rocco of Tewksbury.
He was also the brother of the late Michael Bucci, who died May 22, 2003.
