Sister Veronica, you were the most pleasant person. I looked forward to sitting next to you at the 4 o'clock Mass on Saturdays and talking to you. I am sorry that it all ended when I had to go to dialysis on Saturdays and missed seeing you each week. You were always so pleasant and a pleasure to talk to. God bless you and you will be deeply missed.

Rest in peace my Dear Aunt Sister Veronica,
As we celebrated your life today with heavy hearts, the true meaning of happiness and humility rang through. Your gentle and caring spirit has inspired more than you will ever know. Your legacy has left us with an enormous sense of pride and joy, and a commitment to realize the loving potential in all of us. xoxo

My deepest condolences to the Benoit Family. Sister is with her beloved cousin, Rita (Benoit) Wildes and the members of her family that have gone before her. May she rest in peace and enjoy her eternal reward for a life well lived in service to God.

I remember when I was little, I asked Sister Veronica "Who are you married to?" She told me, "God." I said, "You can't marry God." But we all know she was. And now you're in God's arms, where you've always wanted to be.

To the Family of Sister Veronica- I am so sorry for your great loss. I was lucky enough to had Sister touch my life while at D'Youville. She was a sharp, sweet, exceptionally fine person, with a sense of humor, a delight to chat with. I am greatly saddened by this news. I will really miss her. Truly a one of a kind Lady

Sister Veronica will be missed, however; this is truly a celebration of the life she dedicated to God. Those who find strength in thier faith seem to understand that life's loss is also the love and light of eternal life. Thank you Sister Veronica for being such a wonerful part of our lives.

We the Deyoung family (Patrick, Joseph, Bernice, Pierre, Jeanne, Therese, William, Lucille and Carmel) of Pomquet, Nova Scotia wish to express our deepest sympathy and condolences to the family of our beloved Soeur Veronique. She was very dear to us and we all have very fond memories of her visits to Pomquet. We always looked forward to them and were very excited when we heard she was coming for a visit. Words cannot really express our sorrow but at the same time feel her spirit all around us and can even hear her "little" but powerful laugh. God bless you all.
