Victor Bisson Obituary
Victor R. Bisson, 82, of Barefoot Bay, FL passed away January 2, 2021 at his residence in Barefoot Bay, FL.
He was born June 12, 1939 in Lowell, MA the son of Leo & Jeanette (Paquette) Bisson. He graduated High School In Lowell and worked as a police officer for many years in Lowell, MA,
He served in the United States Marine Corps Reserves and was an avid tennis player. He was a 10 year resident of Barefoot Bay having come from Lowell, MA.
He was preceded in death by his parents and one sister, Gloria Gendreau.
He is survived by his wife, Janet M. (Caisse) Bisson of Barefoot Bay, FL. One daughter, Jessica M. Bisson of Honolulu, HI. And by a sister, Ruthann Cielakie. Also by two grandchildren, Kanani Victoria Poland and Anzhelika Shaw and by four great grandchildren, Kehaunani, Jessica Marie, Kaimaluhia Victoria and by Kaiulani. He is also survived by special niece and nephew who cared for him: Scott & Michele Caisse and Kathy Leung.

Sorry for your loss. Vic was one of the first officers I worked with. He and Frank Dumont broke in Dave Seamans and I . He did love tennis. One of my sons knew him from Salisbury Beach when he worked there.

Victor was always a nice pleasant guy to me and he was a fountain of information in the Record Bureau for me when I was prosecuting in Juvenile Court for Lowell PD.
