William T. Duncan of Chelmsford William T. Duncan, 48 of Chelmsford, formerly of Concord and Franklin, NH, died on Saturday, May 10, 2008. He was the son of the late William W. Duncan. Visiting hours will be held on Wednesday evening from 5 to 7pm at the BLAKE FUNERAL HOME, 24 Worthen St., Chelmsford. A Funeral Service to follow at 7pm at the funeral home.
