George Anthony Angrick of La Porte passed away July 6, 2022, after a long illness.
He was born in Indianapolis to Warren and Alice (nee Stewart) Angrick. He was a 1965 graduate of Broadripple High School in Indianapolis, Indiana.
George graduated from Indiana University in 1970 with a degree in business. While at IU, he worked as a photographer for the daily student newspaper. After graduation, George worked at the Safari Shop in Bloomington, Indiana, as the store manager.
George was a brilliant, creative and fun guy. He combined these talents and created Medidal, a company that served many of our country's largest hospitals.
George was preceded in death by his parents; his sister, Gail Gugenheim; and his wife, Ingrid Hutchins.
He is survived by his children, Andrew S. Angrick (Shanea), Audrey S. Rath (Tony) and Alyson S. Coe (Todd); and his grandchildren, Madison Malad, Michael Malad, Anna Angrick, Macy Angrick and Zoom Coe. He was also survived by his life partner, Anita Grimmer, who passed away on July 12, 2022.
