Jean Tompach Obituary
Jean M. Tompach, age 80, of La Porte, Indiana, passed away on Thursday, Sept. 29, 2022.
Jean was born on Dec. 7, 1941, in Michigan City, Indiana, to Roy Jahnz and Marie Reppert.
Jean belonged to American Legion Post 37 and loved game shows. Jean was an avid Chicago Cubs baseball, Greenbay Packers football and Indiana Hoosiers basketball fan. Morgan was the apple of Jean's eye
Jean is survived by her children, Gregory Tompach, Pamela Tompach, Robert Tompach Jr. and Judith (Daniel) Pociejewski; grandchildren, Nathaniel, Connor and Morgan; and sisters, Patricia Price and Janice (Dave) Jahnz Fleck.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Robert Tompach Sr.; parents, Roy Jahnz and Marie Reppert; brother, Jim Jahnz; and sister, Carole Dusza.
A Celebration of Life will take place at a later date.
Arrangements have been entrusted to Geisen-Carlisle Funeral Home, 613 Washington St., Michigan City, Indiana, 46360.
