Pamela Leslie Maitino, 54, of Chicago, Illinois, passed away Wednesday, March 29, 2023, in the University of Chicago Hospital.
A private celebration of her life will be held. The Ott/Haverstock Funeral Chapel, Michigan City, Indiana, is handling arrangements.
Pam was born July 23, 1968, in Miller, Indiana, to Richard and Joanne (Rusiewicz) Voytovich.
Surviving are her mother, Joanne Voytovich of Michigan City, Indiana; one sister, Debra (Robert) Hawkins of La Porte, Indiana; one brother, Gregg (Kelly) Voytovich of Tucson, Arizona; four nieces, Kayla, Ashley, Kiley and Makenna; great-nephew, Samuel; two great-nieces, Amara and Lynn; and beloved pet, Taco.
She was preceded in death by her father.

Sincerest condolences to Pam's family. I was her supervisor when she started her career at Praxair. I remember her as a beautiful person and an excellent engineer. RIP Pam and Godspeed.

Pam was so sweet to me. I helped out the girls tennis team in high school. I was her practice partner and we enjoyed playing together and laughing a lot. I am so sorry to hear this news. My deepest condolences to her family. Rest in peace Pam.
