Vicky and her family were like family to me when I was growing up. My relatives were scattered across the country, but the Scurlocks became my grandparents, aunts, uncles and cousins. I'm so glad all of you were part of my childhood because it gave me roots. I'm so sorry about Vicky's passing. I have so many good and happy memories of times spent at her house playing with her kids, and later playing Bunko with hours of laughter and great food. There was always room for one more -- Vicky made a place for everyone at her table. My condolences to all who love her. I know she will be missed.
