While I did not have the privilege of meeting Addison I do know his wife Jean. She and I were in the same graduating class at Bath High School.

I know that Jean was a devoted wife and a caring and loving mother to her children. She often spoke of Addison and it was always with deep affection.

To Jean and her family I extend my personal and sincere condolences on the death of this fine man. Know that you are in my thoughts and prayers - always and especially at this sad and difficult time of transition. God bless!

Fields holds a Very Special spot in our heart as 20 plus years ago he and Jean accepted the role as Honorary Grandparents to our Son Thommy and we will forever be Grateful for all the Love PaPa has shared with us and the many conversations he had with Thommy on their front porch that will be cherished for not only Thommy's lifetime but our's as well... although it leaves a hole in our hearts we know that Fields has been joined with his Heavenly Father and many family and friends that passed before him and for that we can find comfort. We Love you Fields and Jean we are here to help you in any way please just call anytime...

We are so sorry to hear about Uncle Fields passing.
The best memory I have of him is when Uncle Fields, Aunt Jean, and Marian came to Millington, Tennessee when I was stationed there in the Navy to visit and take me to visit his mom. I don't recall if that was in Dresden since it was so long ago but I remember the visit. It was nice.
Uncle Fields always seemed very calm and sweet to me. I will miss him. I love you Aunt Jean, George, and Marian. I am so sorry for your loss.
