Memorial Visitation will be held January 13 from 11:30am until 1pm at Tiffany Funeral Home in Lansing, with a private family service to follow.

Billie was one of a kind. A friend and neighbor to all she met. She gave me one of those darn frogs that make the "Ribbit" sound. The world was so blessed to have this smiling lady. She will be sorrowfully missed by us all. God bless her family.
